zicam - if i could marry it i would. it's the only thing that's been able to release the sinus tension. i'm not back to 100% but nearly there.it really does suck being sick on the weekend - especially since we are on limited time until it's too cold to do anything. it's mid-september - the weather is going to kick our asses any week now. this weekend was a lovely break from the monsoon-like rain we've been having the week prior. this week should be lovely too - but mother nature has been known to change her mind at any time.
