foodie finds :: gobo

if you are hankerin' for a fantastic vegetarian plate of goodness - gobo is definitely the place to go. there's not a thing on the menu that i've had that i didn't like - for many reasons. every plate is fresh and bursting with flavor - something that in generally missing in most vegetarian restaurants. there's no wonder why it's been noted as one of the top vegetarian restaurants in the city! the prices aren't going to break the bank - and they are reasonable enough so you can sample many items for your meal.

menu recommendations: vietnamese spicy stir-fry rice noodle with bean sprouts (just the right amount of heat and tang), sesame protein braised in sweet & sour sauce (looks like dinner - tastes like dessert), edamame with five spices (they really do taste better than your average edamame), and spinach wonton soup (i could bathe in this stuff).
