be careful when eating chinese food in chinatown - it's about as authentic as you get. while celebrating a co-worker's birthday - we discovered that our chicken came with something extra. must be a cultural thing. it was good chicken nonetheless - just could do without the chicken head. also on the menu for the evening - intestines - um um - not so good. but definitely an experience.this photo is from my archives - unfortunately i don't remember what the name of the restaurant was. humm - that may be a good thing.
